Capabilities & boundaries
The scope, clearly defined
Agent Creator is Alpia’s management software in development for company agents. It brings together roles, assigned capabilities, connection requirements and permissions, with review, usage limits and change history in the service workspace. The current version supports saved configurations and service briefs submitted for review.
- You bring
- Company role, responsibilities, languages, intended tools and channels, requested permissions and human approval rules.
- The intended result
- A saved agent configuration and a service brief for review, with intended capabilities and supervision requirements.
- Keep in mind
- Customer agents and their integrations are not operational in this release. Connecting accounts, supplying credentials and verifying permissions require separate setup; saving a configuration does not activate a service.
